Southern Gymnastics Club was founded in 2007 and is proudly operated as a family-run business with a deep-rooted passion for the sport. Although the club itself has been serving the local community for well over a decade, our family has been actively involved in the gymnastics industry for more than 40 years. This extensive experience is reflected in the quality of coaching and the supportive environment we provide.

Our coaching team is made up of highly qualified professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the gym. Each coach is dedicated to nurturing gymnasts of all ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to elite athletes competing at Springbok level. We place a strong emphasis on personal development, discipline, and technical excellence, ensuring that each gymnast receives the guidance they need to reach their full potential.

Southern Gymnastics Club is fully registered with the Cape Town Gymnastics Association (CTGA), the Western Cape Gymnastics Association (WCGA), and Gymnastics South Africa (GSA), adhering to the highest standards of safety, ethics, and performance set by these governing bodies.
